What payment methods are available?

Can you issue a delivery note or invoice?
Yes. Upon successful payment, an order confirmation and a digital invoice will be automatically sent to your email address.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my product be shipped?
Orders placed and successfully paid by 11:00 AM (JST) on a business day will be processed and dispatched as early as the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day. Our typical processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that our shipping department is closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Japanese public holidays.
Can I specify a delivery date or time?
Since all orders are shipped internationally from Japan, delivery times depend on the destination country's customs clearance processes and local postal services. Therefore, we cannot accept specific delivery date or time requests. For estimated transit times based on your region, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
What is your return and exchange policy?
We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer personal reasons (e.g., a "change of mind"). If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service at info@break-through.me within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Is there a warranty on the products?
All products are sourced in Japan and are generally subject to a "Send Back Warranty." This means that for any warranty claims, the item must be sent back to the manufacturer in Japan. Please be strictly aware that the buyer is fully responsible for paying all shipping costs to and from Japan for warranty claims. For more details, please check our Warranty and Repair Policy.
