1. Shipping Carriers

We ship our products internationally from Japan using the following trusted carriers: Japan Post (EMS), FedEx, and DHL.

While you may select a preferred carrier at checkout, we may occasionally upgrade your shipping to a faster or more secure carrier at no additional cost to you, depending on your location and current global logistics conditions. We will never downgrade your selected shipping method.

2. Tracking

All shipments include a valid tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible.

• Orders placed and successfully paid by 11:00 AM (JST - Japan Standard Time) on a business day will be processed and dispatched as early as the next business day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM (JST), or on weekends and Japanese public holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

Therefore, typical processing time is 1-2 business days. (For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, the earliest possible dispatch will be Monday or Tuesday).

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your items and your destination country. You can review the exact shipping cost on the checkout page before completing your payment.

5. Duties and Import Taxes (DDU)

Please be strictly aware that our shipping fees do NOT include import duties, customs fees, VAT, or any local taxes that may be required in your destination country. All orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to pay any applicable customs fees directly to the courier upon delivery. 6. Shipping Insurance

For shipments with a total order value exceeding JPY 100,000, shipping insurance is automatically included in the shipping fee.

For shipments with a total order value of JPY 100,000 or less, insurance coverage is handled automatically as follows:

• Japan Post (EMS): Insurance is included for all shipments regardless of declared value.
• FedEx: Coverage is the higher of (i) USD 100 or (ii) GBP 20 per 1 kg (approximately USD 20 per kg). A minimum of USD 100 is covered even for lightweight parcels.
• DHL: Coverage is 22 SDR per 1 kg (approximately USD 30-35 per kg, depending on exchange rates).

7. Estimated Transit Times (Standard Shipping)

The following are approximate transit timeframes after your order has been dispatched, based on our standard shipping method (Japan Post EMS). Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance processes, weather conditions, and local carrier constraints. Please note that faster shipping options (like DHL or FedEx) may be used depending on the situation, but the below represents our standard EMS timeframe.
